This University-developed lead-free solder not only dodges the toxicity of lead, but also demonstrates higher performance in critical solder joints. Qualities to note are increased shear strength, resistance to creep and thermal-mechanical fatigue over current leaded solders. Contains 4.7% silver (highest available). Use “high” setting on soldering iron. 100 grams rulle.
