Spikes and absorbers help to prevent undesirable vibrations from being transferred through furniture, flooring, or audio peripherals. They are especially important in the studio setting, because primarily the small near-field monitors, which unfortunately are often positioned directly on the 100.000 EUR mixer, cause all electronic equipment to vibrate and create a resonance.
You can position them either with the cone facing up or down, underneath speakers, furniture, or HiFi-components, such as turntables, CD-players, etc.
We supply three qualities: Version HI-AS30 made of flash-gold-plated brass, also suitable for placement underneath HiFi-components because of the low design.
Versions HI-AS39 and HI-AS39B are primarily used for high end systems and in the professional studio sector. We use a copper-tin alloy and a high quality powder coating. The adapters adapt to uneven spots and will not damage your expensive wood or laminate flooring.
For more complex requirements we recommend absorber HI-AS39B with ball bearing rubber dampers. All absorbers are of high quality and are manufactured individually, available in brass or dark grey.
